Mass Spectrometry Imaging Course

Date: 29 October - 1 November, 2012
Location:  Biomedical Center, Lund
Course Director:  György Marko-Varga (Lund University)

Objectives of the course:
  1. Teach basic concepts in MALDI MS imaging.
  2. Lectures on Disease Pathology and Drug Medicinal Chemistry.
  3. Expose students to histology driven sample preparation;
    Drug Imaging, including Disease rodent models as well as human Disease Studies.

Target audience:
 Phd students and researchers who start activities in MALDI MS imaging and have a basic
knowledge of general mass spectrometry.

    Please note the EuPA offer of up to 40 grants of 50% of the pre-congress fee
    for students to facilitate the participation of this group at the EuPA Day.
    The interested persons will be reimbursed on their account against a receipt
    of the Congress organisers that the pre-congress fee has been paid. The
    grant is distributed on a first come first saved basis via the EuPA
