EDUCATION
Proteomics is a rapidly growing field of science and many new methods and technologies are constantly under development. The Swedish Proteomics Society organizes educational activities that aid scientists and students to expand their knowledge and interact with leading experts in the field.
We will organize our next workshop in conjunction with the 15th annual meeting to be held in Gothenburg from 21-22 November 2016.

The scientific program will aim to reflect cutting edge innovations and current developments in mass spectrometry imaging (MSI), alongside new applications in various areas. Our goal for this workshop is to promote and educate academic, industry and government scientists on the latest applications and innovations in MSI applied to biomedical, biological and data science research areas.

The last seminar in the autumn term in our bi-weekly national seminar series in MS-based proteomics organized together by the Swedish National Infrastructure for Biological Mass Spectrometry (BioMS) and the SciLifeLab Integrative Structural Biology (ISB) platform was on Thursday 24th of November by Jenny Hansson at Lund University.
We would like to thank all presenters and participants this fall, and look forward to seeing you all again on the 2nd of February 2023 when the spring seminars start. The online seminar series has been received well, and we have had 15-30 participants per seminar with exciting presentations from both academia and industry.
